Premium Ventilation for Two New-Build Homes in Cubert Village near Newquay in Cornwall.
Recently, we completed the installation and commissioning of two high-performance MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems for a pair of new-build properties in Cubert, near Newquay, Cornwall. We were working with the excellent Dan from Custom Developments on the project. Trethow-Mor has panoramic views overlooking Penhale sandunes, and the homes are designed to fit harmoniously into the surrounding countryside.
These modern homes have been built to a fantastic specification, so a high-quality ventilation system was essential to match. As new builds become increasingly airtight, correctly designed and installed MVHR systems play a huge role in improving indoor air quality, reducing heat loss and creating a cleaner living environment.
For this project, we installed a full radial ducting system, providing airflow throughout both properties. Radial ducting offers excellent performance with individual duct runs to each room, helping maximise airflow, reduce noise and improve the overall efficiency of the MVHR system.
